The install went great! Everything is working and yes it was kinda easy, so easy I thought wait I must be doing something wrong.

I have notice an slight improvement in horsepower which is great!! Sounds wise I havent noticed much difference, other than what I guess is the air being sucked into the engine. kinda like a high pitched weezzing noise, that dies out about 2500 - 3000 RPMS

Also, close to the last step were I was supposed we put the heat sheild on the left into the heat sheild on the right, well its not a perfect fit is that ok? However, my a/c line is nice and protected.

you should be ok, as long as your AC line is wrapped up. I bought some rubber high pressure fuel line tubing from lowe's which is real thick and cut a line down it and stufffed it over the line AND also put some wire loom over it for double the fun...

Hey all,

Well I've finally made my return from my 3 month stay in sunny CA and I just wanted to drop you all a line. In defense of the "late" Capital G Club (which is still present in my signature) we just never had time. Chris who was our president has literally disappeared (I hope he's ok) and I was always busy with work. We tried to schedule meets but weather and schedule conflicts were always prevalent. Meets are always fun but nobody but just wants to stand around all the time looking at cars. Scheduling drives was particularly hairy, choosing routes, dates, times, etc. I'm still in possesion of the mailing list. I can't just hand it over since it would be a violation of people's privacy but I will e-mail them and make them aware of the new club. Good luck to you guys and I hope to see you on the 23rd!

Welcome back! I was/am a member to Capitol Area G's. I join you in sending out warm wishes to Chris, where ever he is. Hopefully the G's on your list will want to merge with the New G club, and we can have a FAT A$$ Club. I would like to plan a meet n drive n cookout, out here in Western MD. If you still have the same email address I'll contact via email, maybe you can give me some pointers on planning a nice drive.

Again Welcome Back and Thanks for hard work you showed to the Capitol Area G Club!!

Good news is the National G Club has already gotten over 40 people to register on the website. There really does seem like a big presence locally. Your drive idea is definitely a plan and hopefully we can organize things. I'm organizing things now for the 23rd which should include a meet and greet food and some fun afterwards.

Hopefully the weather is as nice on the 23rd as it was this past weekend.

Welcome back, we haven't heard from you in a long time. Last I remember we were doing triple digits on the way towards Maryland before I had to leave. That would be nice to merge the two clubs - would mean a lot of G's and hopefully some decent size turn outs. See you in a few weeks man

Lets get a head count for the 23rd - Roll Call

Hey guys, although a location isnt yet determined, don't worry. Lets get a head count of who's in and who isn't. The meet will be at Noon on April 23rd in Montgomery County.

I talked with Kelly (GSquad) and found out there are some people driving out from PA and Delaware so we all gotta show up good. Let me know by posting here and in the NationalGClub forum if you can make it. Hopef to see everyone there.
