Passport Infiniti Alexandria?
Passport Infiniti is where I purchased my fully-loaded 2004 6MT Coupe (with the colors I wanted too!) at the end of December for $500 over invoice.
It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them for sure. My salesman's name was Mohammed, but went by "Mo".

Haven't used them for service, as my car hasn't reached the 3,750 mile mark yet. Once it does, I will definitely use them though.
Not that it's a big deal, but they have this Passport Preferred "Owner Rewards Program". They give you this card that you can put into a kiosk at the Service Department. It supposedly pulls up your service history, what's due to be serviced, and discounts as well. Apparently, they're the only dealership in the area to offer this program.

Service there is OK. It used to be better, but it is still probably the best dealership for service in the area. Make sure you go through Jeff Tanner when you schedule your service. He is the only service writer there who knows his head from a hole in the ground.
