TIME: Saturday @ 9:00 PM (<--- I'm 99 % sure it's in the PM)
Where: Meet up at Sonics on Virginia Beach Blvd next to Fuddruckers and Town Center. And then from there roll down to Freedom Wash, and maybe the beach front.
