^sweeeet......definitely a nice upgrade. Just a thought, if you take your G back to stock then you might have a better go at it to sale. Not too many ppl around that would buy even though you've done some very tasteful mods....just a thought...

Citymunky- I appreciate the offer. Where exactly are you...VA, NY? Im in Iraq...but ill be home in about 40 days. As I stated on facebook I want to start out w/a CAI...and painting (baking) my headlights. Brands: K&N, Injen...or whatever you suggest...I'm new to this!! May want to lower it, but im not too sure about it. My brother did it to his Acura a few years ago and the ride was HORRIBLE...think he used springs. Thanks again.

I'm in Chesapeake now. Look into Stillen CAI. Also check out http://www.g35turbo.com/ for exhaust sound clips. Also what color is your G?

I reeeeeeally like the sound of the Fujitsubo Legalis R Exhaust! However, do I have to change the exhaust to get such a great sound?

I kinda of do, but I kinda don't.

it would be useful, but I don't have much space, and the accessories can get petty pricey

Is a Basic, Iso Thermal, or a Copper Iso Thermal?
I have a lot of people asking me what kind of spacer I have, let me explain.

As of now it is a basic spacer, with the hardware (some bolts are from NAPA) and intake gasket.

The difference between the basic, iso thermal is the Iso Thermal™ Aramid gasket that goes between the intake collector manifold and the lower plenum mainfold.

A stock engine comes with a steel gasket which allows heat to transfer from the block to the intake system. We all know hot air will make you lose power.

The difference between the iso thermal and the copper iso thermal is the addition of copper throttle body spacer. The Copper Throttle Body Heater keeps only the throttle body heated to prevent ice formation inside the throttle body on very cold or snowy days. It does by allowing the coolant to heat up the throttle body (the bare side of the copper spacer). On the upper plenum side is insulated to prevent the hot coolant from warming up the plenum.

In either case the Aramid gasket and the Copper Throttle Body Heater can still be bought at MotorDyne.

I'm selling the car. Thinking about parting out my Volk GT-S in Mercury silver. Anyone interested? Brand new Toyo T1-Rs with 4K miles on them. Just getting a feeler. Check out my threads for pics. Have had them for 2 years. Thanks.
