CARS & COFFEE VIRGINIA BEACH

WHEN: The first Saturday of every month from 7:30am - 10am.

WHERE:
La Promenade Shops
1860 Laskin Road
Virginia Beach, VA
23454

See www.carsandcoffeevirginiabeach.com for updates and directions via google maps

Cars & Coffee is held on the first Saturday of every month.... Sunday or the following Saturday rain dates depending on forecast.

Originally started in Irvine, CA at a strip mall on the PCH, the Cars & Coffee idea has steadily spread to various areas across the country. Here in Virginia Beach we have the beach, we have the sports cars in the area, and we have plenty of coffee so it seemed a logical fit to start a Cars & Coffee event around here.... This is an informal hangout for mature car enthusiasts who enjoy an early morning drive and a cup of coffee.

Are you normally busy on Saturdays with a list of honey-do's or family commitments? Well that's perfectly fine because you can be back home before your spouse is even up Enjoy your car hobby and still enjoy the rest of your day.

Cars & Coffee Virginia beach is held at La Promenade shops off of Laskin road which has ample parking, pleasant surroundings, and a Starbucks on location.

Check out www.carsandcoffeevirginiabeach.com for directions and updates etc.

PS: You don't need a fancy car to come and enjoy!

Anybody know where I can get my motor rebuilt for cheap. My piston rings are shot and CB infiniti quoted me at 15K parts and labor.

So i just ordered Wiseco 8.8:1 Pistons with the Eagle Connecting rods. I have my TT kit and 1000cc injectors so I am looking at the 500 range for power. I know I am going to need a new clutch package, so what does anyone here recommend for Clutch? Also, is there anything else necessary for the VQ to handle 500 hp? Piston rings? Head gaskets? Spark Plugs?

What would you guys recommend to replace from stock? All I have currently installed on the car are Megan Test Pipes and HKS Hi Power exhaust, so im set on the cat back section. Down pipe? Mid Pipe? Let me know! I hear our cams are quite good so I will not get the Stage 3 BC's yet, as i would like to get the bottom end built up first.

THANKS!

The HKS is going to restrict the exhaust flow....you should look for a 3" exhaust

lookup at my setup.

Also you don't have the HKS exhaust, which is 2.25" in diameter, you have a the X02 or whatever the clone/copy is called today. The diameter should be at less 2.5".

If you get downpipes, they replace your test pipes. You don't need a midpipe because you have them installed already.
