Looking to buy a G35 Sedan. Anyone buy from Harte in Hartford, CT?

 

I bought my car from harte Infiniti in E.Haven. Great price, but
DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!!!!!!! Ignorant, slow, stupid, incompetent about somes it up. They charged my 285 to get my plates (I live in ma.) Took them 2 weeks to get them. During this time I was driving on dealer plates. Someone backed into my car in a parking lot and took off. Only damage was to the tail light. Called the police, I give them my paper work. They come back and tell me I am driving with no insurance. The idiots at harte never contacted my insurance company. I was at the dealership 2 nights in a row for about 4 hrs each night-unf*cking believable. When I picked the car up it had a 1/4 tank of gas. The car was clean but not waxed.

 

hope its not too late. Harte Infiniti SUCKS.the salesmen profile everyone that comes in the door. if you dont look the part they wont even talk to you. if you have to drive an hour out of your way do it but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD dont buy a car from them youll regret it

 

Probably too late, but I agree!!!! I went to both Harte Infiniti's, and was very UNIMPRESSED with both. They both jerked me around, and I finally bought it from Devon. I still was not thouroughly impressed with them either. It seems like the CT Infiniti dealers know they are the only game in town, so they take advantage of it.

You should try living in Columbus! We have one dealership in Dublin, the SNOB capital of the world. The people there think they are Hollywood Elite and Park Ave. rolled into one. You'd think a City our size would have more dealerships, but there are only 4 in Ohio and three of them SUCK!

I'm not impressed with INFINITI dealers in general! I get treated better at Maserati/Lamborghini! So its not the cars! I think they all need to grow up. It just cars, nothing more!

 

i bought my coupe from them too. i really dont like how they treat customers. i felt like i was just bein tossed around when i brought my coupe to be serviced and they always seemed uninformed about the problems with the cars. im not happy with them at all
