This is EXACTLY why they should start conducting mandatory driving test for people pass certain age. If you can't pass it, you can't drive.

...a grandma hitting a car on her way to an EYE DOCTOR!...

How fcking ironic...

Let me guess: she is going BLIND!

Dude, If you really think that I would deny someone their prescription medicine or food because of a fender bender you really have no idea what the word sarcasm means. While I do stand by what I said about personal responsibility, and family responsibility for that matter, I do not know anyone that would be that heartless. Just chill it was a joke.

I'm pretty sure he was just being funny. Its not a realistic solution at all, just tryin to help the kid who's car got smashed out, give him a little laugh. That's all. It made me laugh. Dude, i'm sorry if he hit a nerve, but i really thought it was a pretty amusing comment.

I strongly belive in karma, so i like to help people out when i can.

Quick story:
It was 2am, i was turning left on a light to my street, a guy comes behing me and hits me while im stopped. We pull over, hes drunk. I let him go because at that point my honda was sooo beat up that the damage blended in with the rest of the beat up car, lol. About 2 weeks later i bought the G anyway.

I guess if i wanted to i could have gotten money out of him, probably cash cause he wouldnt want me to call the cops... but nice guys always loose (sigh) Hopefully that positive karma kicks in soon.

The body shop said to replace the mirror and repair the panels, it'd cost $1,342.60. I also got an estimate to have the panel replaced with a new one and it was $1,649.25. I called the woman and gave her the steeper price, and she said she'll mail the check today.

I felt bad giving her the higher price, but i'm not taking a chance of the color not matching PERFECTLY if they simply repair it.
