Phil at ADS is the man. I never take it to detailers because I detail my own car but after hearing about Phil's work, I had to give him a try.

I had major overspray on my car from the bodyshop and he got most of it off. Car looked better than new when he was done with it. Got a wash, claybar treatment, buff/polish and wax. Gotta go back to get my Volks done but haven't had time.

phil is good if you get the $80 service which is claybar, polish, buff, wash and wax. he really knows his stuff with paint and how to treat/take care of it. i wouldn't recommend going to him for maintenance wash and wax. he has a helper do that work and it's not very good. i always end up with excess wax in all the car gaps and the letters, plus he says phil claims his wash/wax won't put swirls in your paint, but it happens anyway.

i went to him at least 7 or 8 times and i was never really happy with the results after the initial $80 treatment.

i'm going to try out hemant (zainodetailer on the forum) pretty soon for the full zaino treatment.

Very nice, how long does 1 car usually take you?

about 4-5 hours.. it just depends on how long it takes me to clay... I make sure that there are no rough spots left.. perfection takes a bit.

ZainoDetailer, what are your rates? What packages do you offer and with what frequence should they be applied?

ZainoDetailer: I see the lack of a polishing step in there. Do you polish/compound any swirls/marrs/light scratches? If so, could you explain you process?

bythabay: I start at $120 for the forums for G's/ Z's basically any forum i'm on. I recommend you reapply every 3-4 months to keep it looking its best. The zaino itself will last 8-12 months with regular washing and quick detailer applied every here and there.

G35stilez: I use Z5 which is a swirl reducer polish. The steps are wash with dawn, claybar, rewash, Z5, then Z2.
