Infiniti of Fairfield Servic Dept.Good?
Did a search but couldn't find anything.
Anyways, I'm new to the Vallejo area. Closest infiniti service department is Infiniti of Fairfield. I noticed they hold meets but how is their service department? Good...Bad?
Also, they have a detail service. Anyone pay to detail their car there?

Yeah...that was their first meet. Not a bad turn-out either. Hope there's more in the future.
Service dept....bitter sweet.
Had some problems there before, but they always bent over backwards to make things right. Nice group of people. I still go there for service.
See Dave in service and if you need parts, talk to Mike.
Never done their detail service, so can't answer that one.
The next closest one would be in Concord, but then you have the bridge and getting back, crappy traffic + toll. Never been to service in Concord, so I don't know how they are.

In defense of Infiniti FF. 99% of my past issues were awhile ago, like 5+mo. ago.
There's a new GM there and he's cracked the whip. Quite a turn over there (all the losers are gone). In fact the new GM supported the recent G/Z meet there back in early Aug.
First meet ever for Infiniti FF.
But even back in the time I had issues (and won't disclose those here...water under the bridge), the actual quality of sevice on my G was never bad or comprimised and was done correctly. This is why I still go there for service and they've documented my excessive oil consumption, at my request, with no questions. I feel they have, for the most part, my best interest at heart.

Fairfield Infiniti seems to be nice, but we haven't seen anything more of them since the meet. I haven't seen any other attempts for them to get their parts department going either. So I still say if you need parts, even factory parts let us know and we will give you the pricing you desire, not the markup. As far as detail services we also do this modeled after Niello Infiniti in Concord so our pricing is very similar and the pampering even greater. Check us out: http://2visionsracing.com or stop by for the dyno day tomorrow and meet us!
