infiniti of pleasanton

anyone in the bay area? anyone have idea how the service is at Infiniti Pleasanton? any negative comments you guy might have? maybe bad service or got charged for something that was done right or not done at all? post! thanks in advance

I don't know from experience, but I've heard that they are a good dealership to go to. I take mine to Oakland and I have never had any problems with them at all.

They have great service. Just took my car in there for my first oil change and told them about a noise the tranny was making. They called me back and said I needed a new tranny and replaced it under warranty. They also give you a free rental unlike infiniti of concord who charges you 10 bucks.

Infiniti of Pleasanton is great, i live in SD and drove all the way up there just to buy my car from them. I know the GM of pleasanton auto mall personally and he is a great guy. If anything goes wrong, i trust that he will do his best to rectify the situation.

+1 for Infiniti of Pleasanton.

I bought my car at niello infiniti in concord but I've always took it to pleasanton infiniti. They never had problems with me having mods in the car and there service is excellent. As for service managers talk to Amit or Mike, they'll take good care of your G.
