Grrr Frontier Infiniti
I brought my car in today in for a headlamp replacement due to condensation and picked up my car at 6pm and what do I find?
I couldn't open my trunk at first with the remote or the switch but 20 mins later it worked... I hope this is not going to be another intermittent problem.
What's supposed to be fixed is not... My 6000k D2R went out, I hope the tech didn't touch the bulb with his smudgy fingers and blew it... cause those bulbs are EXPENSIVE.
I'm going to oakland the next time even if it means driving 60miles..

I would STAY AWAY from Frontier Infiniti service department.
I got a bad experience with their services.
I brought my car for wheels refinish. Came back to pick up the car and found my passenger sidemarker was damaged and top of the car was scratched up.

The trunk is a common intermittent problem. About a month before I traded my coupe in, it started happening every 1 out of 5 times I needed to open the trunk. So don't go blaming that on the dealership.
It's really strange how you guys talk about how bad Frontier was. My car was modded, not all out bare in mind, but pretty obvious and I NEVER had a problem. My car was always taken care of and no questions every asked in regards to getting any warranty done.
Guess it helps to know your service advisor a little bit, but all the problems you describe has to do with the techs and the other workers who actually touch the cars. From what everybody has said, I would suggest you guys just go to Oakland, even though it's a far stretch for some of you.
