Edit: 3.7.07 . . . Sorry, folks, May 5th and 6th are out of the running due to unforseen circumstances. Votes for those 2 said dates will not figure in the final vote. I was just reminded by the "BOSS" that it is her Godson's B-Day that particular weekend.

Just in case anyone wants some details regarding this meet/drive before you vote? let me know, I've got most if not all of the info down and ready to go, and most likely wont change any of it between now and then, should able to get excat and final info down after I did another dry run this weekend, join me for dry run this Sat. if you would like, there is a thread about it (if you havent read it yet).

Oh yeah, If anyone cares, I can not make it on weekend of 5~6 of May, Its annual Bimmerfest in Santa Barbara



*** Keep something in mind when you vote on the date, further along this meet is? the longer the following meet will be, I might be seem bit eager to have other meet soon, the reason I started to plan this meet this early after the last is that, so we can having something to look forward to and talk about, not keep what happened at last meet keeping echoing in our minds.

I personally dont know what my plans are three weeks from now, and not sure how many of you guys are either, if the next meet would not happen till May 12th? thats more than two months away, who knows what might happen between now and then with your scheduleds from work or family obligations...And also will push back other meets down the road like Monterey drive, North Bay drive, perhaps a BBQ meet in between and couple other meets with 350Z ppl, and those meets might or might not happen or cant attend cus of the timing...Just my two cents on the date but since Santa Cruz meet is Andy's baby, I will go along whatever he think is right and sounded, and whatever you guys choose the date to be.

 

i voted for the LATEST DATE provided [Saturday, May 12, 2007].

i believe having it way later in the season is better, so that we can prepare more and think it thoroughly. the closer the event is, the more time we have to rush and no one can really setup their schedule ontime. but that's just my vote and suggestions. thanks

Not on cinco de mayo! I'll be in Las Vegas that weekend...should be fun with cinco de mayo, marriachi convention and the De Lahoya - Maywether fight. I would prefer a Saturday as well.

 

I agree with sooner rather than later. The earlier weekend is open for me.

 

The last date there, May 12, sounds good but I hope you guys know that the next day is Mother's day. That might or might not make a difference.

I haven't voted yet but when I do I'll vote for a Saturday. Sundays aren't good for me.

All dates work for me at this point. I would definetely consider front Lic plate after last meet. Somewhere I saw an advert for a mod that threads into your front tow for a Lic plate hanger. Anybody got the URL for this ??
