Lunch on the run! =) 4/21/07
hi people... for those of you who don't know me, im shannon, one of the few female drivers that come out. (*waves to gillian!!*) this time around, im helping shane/andy by handling the lunch orders on saturday. for simplicity reasons, everyone is responsible for bringing their own breakfast/snacks for the run. YOU WILL GET HUNGRY/THIRSTY. (we definitely did on the first dry run) anyway, a few directions for all of you to be aware of about lunch:
a) please view the menu at: http://www.99bottles.com/
- im only taking FOOD orders, all beverage (beer, wine, other) would be paid separately.
b) if you decide on your food PRIOR to the event, please post what you want to order IN THIS THREAD. if you want to split appetizers, one person should order it on their form, and the appetizer will be billed to that person. determine the financial details amongst each other. i'll work out the figures and have the pre-orders ready with a completed form on saturday with your name on it.
c) EVERYONE MUST PAY CASH. $$$! so look at the menu beforehand, so your wallet doesn't have any surprises. also, if you pay me with smaller bills, that would be most helpful, please not everyone come with $20's!!
d) the order forms will serve a similar purpose to a tab.
ie: if you have 2 people in your car who are paying separately, please submit two different order forms.
e) for ease and simplicity, we will split the tax and tip EVENLY by the number of people dining, regardless of what you order.
f) thanks, and everyone say really loud... NO RAINNN!!! =)
