Hopefully they will change. And maybe get a parts department that sells more than G20 keychains. Luckily I have a personal Import technician buddy who works for Herbs.

I've only been there twice before for my routine maintenance. Both times they were courteous. However, both times, I had to call them back to find out if my car's ready for pickup. Both times it had been for a while. The last time I called them to schedule an appointment regarding failed battery. I was treated poorly by the scheduling people. It's as if I was been done a great favor just by booking me an appointment. I wonder how much of this should reflect on the service department, but that receptionish definitely sent me over to Peninsula Infiniti. I am giving Frontier one last chance. It I don't get a phone call back this time, I will not go back no matter how close it is to my house.

I interviewed for a job at Frontier and noticed their entire management was running around with their heads cut off. One manager forgot to tell the other one that I was coming for an interview, he acted surprised, put-out and promptly gave me the "I don't really have time to do this today". Right then I knew that the upper management had their heads up thier ***. It's ok, they'll just end up losing thousands of dollars with threads like this popping up each month.

They are Sorry, Suck, and full of Shet !!! imo.
Car doesn't have a reverse light when shift into rev.
They said because of after market sub in the trunk.
No brake light when step on the brake

You actually go to dealership for oil changes?...How much they charge you? I call them back in 03 asking the price for the oil change, the lady told me "$89.99"... I was like , and ask her why it cost so much for oil change, she told me cus it includes four tires rotation...

Well I met with Brad and he was very helpful and did not even question the oil consumption test. I explained that I do my own oil changes and have records and have noticed that I have been buring between 2-2 1/2 qts between oil changes.

I will be back in a 1,000 miles to have them check the oil level.

As for rev. light I ran a new ground location. problem solved
As for brake lights the conectors are loose so everytime i brake and the ecu does not get a signal from the brake switch then it will think that youre sliding or skiding so it show brake, vcd, slip lights.
