Yeah Paseo has it's off and on days... the beginning of the week has a lot more people than later in the week. I'm just so used to that gym that I'm phased out by it, but I can still get in a full workout without a hassle.

cardio to warm up.. stretch out the shoulders and loosen them up if I do upper, but I hit legs every other day..

Don't forget your legs, all your testosterone is below the belt. No California workouts, which you'll see a lot of in newark.

Ca workout ftmfl!!

Get the blood flowing in your hams before you squat... Hamstring curls is what I always warm up with before squat... I usually bike for about 10-15 right when i get there on leg days and then ham's then squat..

donkey calf raises are the best by far.. they don't have it at newark, but they do at paseo.

are you doing stiff legged deadlifts?

I do cardio before and TRY to do it after.. depending on how i feel... that's usually during the day, but then I go back to paseo at night and do some cardio...

I work at Vitamin World in newpark, so if you need anything or advice just shoot me a pm...

3 years for $800?? Holy frack!

That covers my gym membership for less than 6 months (not 24hr fitness obviously, but WOW!)
