call Rob at ZCARGARAGE (408) 452-0350. I know they are doing factory services and they do great work. I know its a little far from Oakland, but if Rob can save you money right? Plus the call to find out isnt that expensive

Before I even got my '07 sedan, I did a lot of research on the world of Infiniti, and I've read many, many positive reviews on Zcar Garage. I plan to do the same for my 15k mi maintenance (so far, I've had two oil changes only at Infiniti of Serramonte).

a 15k maintenance is usually just an oil change and checking all fluids and misc stuff

Check Nissan dealerships they are usually cheaper when it comes to any service. The only thing they can't do is to cover warranty work. Capitol Nissan has excellent customer service and definitely more reasonable when it comes to service compared to any Infiniti dealerships although Oakland gets me vote for any warranty work.

Should I just skip it and wait for the 30k mile maintenance?

Yup, that is what I plan on doing. Actually, my 30k service is coming up. I will be going to Infiniti Of Serramonte, at that point. They have handled all of my TSB work and oil changes. I know that there are different points of view with regard to Infiniti Of Serramonte, but I have never had anything but excellent service there . . . And I expect no less.

I've had two oil changes, TSB, and the passenger A pillar rattle fixed (they spent a lot of time on the road before diagnosing it) by Serramonte. Pete is def. the guy to talk to. The strange thing is, after my first oil change, he said that all oil changes are free. He said it's some Infiniti corporate thing. He didn't make any sense at all. Of course, when I came in, my second oil change was $45 + tax. Not sure if he was smoking something, but other than that strange comment, I love Serramonte (where I bought my car). I especially love their "NO WASH" key chain signs, for **** people like myself who refuses to let ANYONE wash/wax my car.

Infiniti of Fairfield charges $560. I took mine to Infiniti of Marin, and they were willing to match.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I don't know about driving all the way to San jose for that. What do they charge? I'd have to wait around for a few hours for them to finish. So how much does infiniti of Serramonte charge? I heard bad thing after bad thing about them.
