Sacramento Infiniti

Hi all:
I just started in Sales at Sacramento Infiniti. Please contact me if you want to check out any cars we have (new/used). Our inventory is online @ www.sacramentoinfiniti.com. We're getting 18-20 new G sedans in tomorrow and tuesday. We're also taking orders for the new G37, which is due out in August. My direct line is (916)616-0111.

Congrats! They need the help there. When I bought my G I ended up walking out of there because the salespeople were so rude and did not seem to give a hoot about my business, plus they made a couple promises they went back on, so I drove to Concord and picked er up (they had the exact one I wanted). And the service dept has been slipping too. I have had to start looking into taking my service work to Elk Grove or somewhere else.

They DEFINITELY do need the help there. I bought my G from there almost 2 months ago. Stasi was really helpful(seemed like he was new though), but the internet sales manager was kind of a jerk. I don't know whether he was pissed because of the deal I was getting or because that's how he always is on beautiful Saturday afternoons. Nonetheless I still bought mine from there.

Good luck there! I'll look for you when i'm ready to buy my sedan!

They can get all OEM factory mods and I know they do exhaust/intake systems.

I would never reccomend anyone going to that place, they treat you unfairly and this is from personal experience, just head over to the bay area to get a infiniti, new.

Yeah I went to Elk Grove two years ago when I bought my G. The Sac salesman didn't give me the time of day. I don't think the guy is still here though. I like most of the sales staff I work with, but there are a few "typical" salesmen.

As far as Service goes, Robert Rogers is the new head of Service at Infiniti (worked for Lexus for 33 years, been at Sac for 7 months). He's a great guy and has turned the Service dept from a loss to major profits. Dan Chastain is a new Service Writer there (6 or 7 months) and he's awesome to deal with. When I'd bring my car in for service or oil (before employment) he and I would chat for at least 30-45 min about cars. He worked at Audi before he came over to Infiniti.
They're still hope!
