We currently have fiber in parts of Foster City, parts of Sunnyvale, most of Cupertino, Saratoga, Los Altos Hills, parts of South San Jose and other parts of San Jose too, and they are still working on Campbell.
I don't know what most parts of Cupertino have fiber, but in our area, all i can get is 1.5M DSL. NOTHING ELSE :'(

I call every month and reps tell me 'sowwy, not in your area'. So i hope they get it in my area soon, since I been waiting months now to try ATT service.

No static yet... this is targeting the normal residential consumers first.

Yea.... I'd hate to say it but it isn't available there yet. I live right behind the Safeway, and it's not available to me either. But on the bright side, the techs are working in your side of Bollinger. I believe they already laid the fiber though.

for internet, i have comcast (i live in cupertino near the stevens creek and foothill) and the performance plus internet package works really well. they claim max speeds of 8mbps download and 768mbps upload and some kind of boost to 12mbps download for "big files". i was pretty skeptical about these claims but so far ive been getting pretty close to the maximum.

if att can offer something faster i would be more than willing to switch

of course, the ideal would be Verizon Fios.
