Clutch acting up.

So this has been happening to me for the past few months...

I will be driving for a while with the clutch feeling perfect. Then after a lil bit of driving, it will start feeling really loose. The release and catch point is no longer high up, but nearly at the floor. At some points the clutch does not even release all the way up!

But after a while, it may come back to normal. Anyone experience this problem? Any advice?? Is it time for a new clutch?

Thanks in advance!

Twice, I was driving and all of a sudden the clutch stayed down. I had to shut the car off and restart. Other G drivers have mentioned the problem. My dealer (Serramonte) said there is absolutely no way that it could have happened.

there are a few threads on why this may occur. You might try flushing your clutch fluid as a quick fix.

BASE ACURA TLX NOW WANT A G35 AGAIN THOUGH
My 2004 6mt is going to hit 70K soon.
My clutch is feeling extremely heavy.

I noticed also that sometimes in 3rd gear (differnt issue) without stepping on the clutch, it'll pop-out gear...!!!

How much did you guys pay for a new clutch/flywheel from the (dealer "$2000.00) - Outside sorce about $900.00 -

Suggestions?
