You still have power train warranty for 6 years and 70k miles, so for most of the problems you mentioned? should still under warranty.

Did all the problems you mentioned, happened after the accident? if so? I would check with your insurance and tell them that you still have problems with the car and see what they can do as well.

But I would get rid of it if I was you, at least looking for another G35.

what happened.... did someone hit you?

And I would follow Shane's advice (about insurance) before getting rid of the car.

dude how hard did you hit that island when you drifted? sounds like alot of ur issue is from your accident... and selling it like that will just give u more headaches. bite the bullet and taek it to the dealer or at least a shop that knows what they are doing.

i never knew my powertrain warranty was 6 years =). now i feel so much more relieved. I don't think it had anything to do with my island. This started happening after some guy caused a chain reaction accident on the freewy... i ended up hitting someone in the rear at around 50 mph. exterior damage wasn't even bad, but it somehow push my subframe back.

If the dealership can identify signs of your previous accident, those said areas which were damaged by the accident will most likely not be honored by any warranty . . . That only goes to reason. Having said that . . . Why don't you simply bring it in somewhere and have it checked out to resolve your questions?

Have the shop look at it and have your insurance cover it...That's what insurance is here for...You need to bring it to the dealers or a good shop...Car needs to be fixed back to running order after the accident...Tell them to go after that guy's insurance company...

yeah.. see. i've taken it to 3 shops already.. I get a different opinion from every single shop about my problem.

Took it to my friends autocare shop look at it. Said it was exhaust rattles...
Took it to United AutoBody... Bad engine mounts...
Took it to MachIII.. tranny problem.

so far, i think machIII is the most accurate, but i wouldn't trust them to do serious jobs. just quick fixes. I've noticed very little grinding noises before my accident, but after the accident, it magnified it x 5. so i've made a appointment with Serramonte Infiniti tomorrow... well.. technically its today now since its 1am... at 9:45 in the morning. hopefully they can indentify whats really wrong so i can decide what to do.
