Downtown Sacramento Car Break In, VID and PICS

So yesterday at 4:40 my car was broken into while in my apartment garage (with the other tenant's cars). My GPS, Radar, and work leather case thing were stolen. Weird thing is I keep my gps and radar in the armrest compartment, and my case was in the backseat behind the tinted window.

So this guy broke into the passenger windows, both door and small rear window to reach in and get the things without having to open the door. I just installed the camera friday night...this happened saturday afternoon. I am lucky to have this bastards face on film.

WHEN he ripped the glass out, it scratched my door!!!

Here is the guy that did it, he doesnt live in my complext but somehow knows how to get into the garage...
He is checking through the gates in the garage to see if anyone is coming, then picks up a brick that was infront of my car. Unfortunatly the car wasnt pulled up enough to see the break in, but i assure you this guy will pay his fingerprints are on the lid and also have to be on the inside of the window tint.

^^^+1 That would be such poetic justice!

Hey Wes, sorry to hear about the break in. Watching the video of that a-hole case the area before he broke into your car made me sick to my stomach! I can only imagine how it makes you feel. But at any rate, good looking out on installing the cam, and I hope it all works out for you in the end. Keep us posted as to what happens!

The i bought the camera (Swann Bulldog Cam WIRED) at Fry's for $99 and then you need a USB converter that takes RCA inputs and jack it in your computer for $69, that was a trial version of the webcam software, NOT security cam software, but it works well if u just have one cam. I bought the full version and am trying to figure out how to get it to send me a pic to my phone when the alarm is triggerd. The full version is $69 and i bought it for sure.

My Nuvi 360 was $700 new
Radar was only $100
My Versace eye glasses were $650...******!
Window tint for those 2 should be about $60
Glass... I have no idea how much it will be to replace
Door - paint work...again have no idea.

Then I had my jobs meeting minutes and notes in my case, luckily my sound sytem was ok, he knew he would trigger the alarm if the trunk opened.

So $238 to catch a guy costing me $1500-$2000 is worth it in my book!
