+1 for brian reidy
Yeah, they advised me of the closure about a month ago. The parent company decided not to comply with a major upgrade request from Infiniti.
Pete has been reassigned to Lexus, Andy is over at Honda, John is over at Nissan, Barbara is over at Acura. The mechanics have scattered all over. Sydney is in Oakland and Hernan is at Peninsula.
I was 2/3 into my OC test when Serramonte closed. Peninsula picked up mt last OC test. The service manager there is a really decent person.

Your answer on post #17. Andy was person I was talking about.Originally Posted by Nasty_Nissan

Well, not so true. Initially, after the 3rd OC test, Brian said that my 4 quarts of oil consumption in some 2,7xx miles was normal. Originally Posted by kris79

I know it is kind of a journey for alot of you guys but if you are looking for a dealer and advisor that are mod friendly hit up Infiniti of Oakland. Jesse Appostle is the service advisor you would want to talk to. Also Dean Pendly the service manager is probably the best around! I am kinda bias but have experience first hand about 4 other norcal dealers and Oakland tops them all!

I am very disappointed.
How they (Nissan or whatever) could screw us all?
First, now I have to drive 25 miles to get service!
Second, I have had VERY GOOD experience with Serramonte guys.
Will I buy Infiniti again?
I don't know.

in my thread, Giri mentioned that Oakland of Infiniti is under new ownership and that they may not be 'mod-friendly'Originally Posted by jasoncham2003
