Infiniti Serramonte closed?

I got a email from Infiniti Serramonte that they "ceased dealership operations"
since 9/30. Are they are actually closed? Seems like their website is still online.

I'll be in Colma tomorrow visiting my parents so i'll stop by and ask. My lease is from them so this is kinda important. Thanx for the heads up.

If so, I'll be dancing in circles. Every experience I've had with them, be it service, sales, or parts has been unacceptable.

Thanks. I leave nearby to them as well so I'll try to take a ride by and have a look today after I pick up my kids.

I don't bring my car to dealers for maintenance anyway but since I live nearby, it would be the dealer I would bring it into if I need warranty work.

vodkarocket, was their service work that bad? I think I remember a posting from you about having problems getting warranty work(?). The only time I brought my car to them was for the first free oil change.

Infiniti of Serramonte is definitely closed down. I was taking my 06 Coupe there for oil consumption tests, and their official last day of operation was September 30th 2007.

If I remember right, someone here got pretty bad lip service concerning their oil consumption test results from them and was basically denied replacement.
But he got it worked out with another Dealer and new VQ on order.

So where would be a good Infiniti dealership that is local to San Francisco? I need to get my keys swapped and my first service is coming up soon.

Peninsula Infiniti in Redwood City- there's a good service advisor named Brian Reidy there.

Thanks for the advice Boris. I'm taking my car there as soon as it's done at the bodyshop.

Do you happen to know which dealer he ended up going to to the new VQ? I have to switch my testing over to a new dealer, and any insight you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Isn't Serramonte the same as Colma? Infiniti of Serramonte is in Colma.
