I looks like we're going to have to have a January Birthday get together.
See? I can justify anything.

Hey Fredrik, the plans have been changed to Cattlemans in Newark. Sorry you didnt see that with all the off-topic posts that drowned it out (sorry everyone ), but check my original post for details.

See you then!

Dang, More Issues!

OK EVERYONE,

Leon just found out that in order for us to BOOK the banquet room we ALSO have to order from the banquet menu only. We would have to have all the meals ordered at the same time we make the reservation. Kind of inconvenient. So we have not placed the reservation yet. If you want, you can look at the banquet menu and see if its still something we should do.

If this doesnt work out, we can revert back to the whole Claim Jumper at 9:30 PM...

My co-worker will speak to the manager @ Claim Jumper (she knows him personally) and will ask him if he can get us in earlier, like 7:30 or 8. NO PROMISES right now, but its worth a try. If she can get us in by 8pm, are we GAME for CJ's again?

Geez, lucky the meet is few weeks out!

sorry guys...parties of 20 or more must make reservations with the banquet coordinator. however, you must also order ahead of time through the banquet menu which is on their website. this puts us in an awkward position since we don't even have a list of committed attendees. i'm not sure which direction you guys want take at this time but i'm all ears. thanks.

Were there any problems with the last bbq collecting funds? Where's Kris?
On the Pebble Beach run, everyone had to pay first and then get a ticket to be fed.

Let me know if you need help. I'm up in Oakland, but can get there ahead of time to do a tickets/funding tally.

I have no problem pre-ordering... however, if we do revert back to CJ, 9:30pm is a bit late to eat especially something that large of a meal... Just my thoughts.

Found their banquet menu:

or we can all go to chris' house again paypal him 30 bucks a head and we will make prime rib and get get drunk there hahhahhahha
