Have you guys thought about putting together a driver review from different dealerships in the Bay Area? I would find this information very useful now and in the future. Since we already have one of Struts and Sways, different shops around the area, why not a dealership rating system?

most pleasure experience is at Pleasanton

 

Glad to here nice things about Pleasanton since my service engine light is on and that's the closest dealer. I'm scared to go though because I didn't get my car from there.

 

Let's make it a NorCal dealership forum so I can tell everybody how terrible Sacramento Infiniti in Roseville is. They were great through the purchase, but their service since has been absolutely horrible. Actually...not horrible...just absolutley non-existant! 7 messages to schedule a time for a new TSB and not even a call back.

 

+1 I just have my radio replaced there for free even it was just out of warrantee.
