Wow, you guys went through that clutch fast. I'm currently at 50k miles on my OEM clutch/flywheel and still going strong. I currently have the JWT clutch/flywheel in my garage waiting for install. Not sure if I should wait for the stock to go out to install it. I have heard very good reviews about JWT. Also don't forget to change the clutch line as well when you change your clutch.

well i bought the car in june with 24K on it but i think i was going out then but didnt know since this is my first G35 coupe. It just now started to make that burnt smell. Guess the guy who had it before me really didnt know how to drive a stick. I though i should get at least 60K out of a clutch if not 100K. Guess thats what i get for buy used but i got the G a price i couldnt turn down and has everything i wanted.

i know that feeling i just bought my car with 38k miles (has 41k now). has the burning smell... i took it in due to a "noise" when i turned off the car ended up being the tranny something was loose so they are replacing the whole thing and are checking the clutch if the clutch is messed up at all they will replace it free (or atleast there going to try to make it free if there is no signs of abuse on it) due to the tranny being messed up.
