ya the sister and niece are ok, it was a minor front fender bender, its 3300 worth of dmg so its not to bad. he already admitted fault so insurance will take care of everything.

No, but enough people stopped that I felt it was ok to go on and just phone the CHP. It's funny, I feel a bit guilty for not stopping and checking even though there were 4 cars that immediately pulled to the side to help. (...but that's a whole other thread ... )
