If we are going around 11am, I would make it. My brother went up there few weeks ago with his Tacoma's 4x4 club, he told me there were few CHPs sneaked up at these four lanes section toward ShaverLake, they know some people would race up these open space highway..either go up or go down hill. I think most of us are in tight budget so just be extra caution with our speed. I am the slowest in the pack so I am o.k, hehe.
Other than that, let meet at 11am at El Polo in front of Target, Herndon and Willlow, right?
