I agree I could have took more initiative to introduce myself, but considering that I was new and some of you are regulars, I feel there should have been some kind of introduction or a "hello, who are you?". I was speaking with a couple of other people who said it was their first meet and they agreed as well. I also spoke with a couple of people who attended some meets before and they agreed and also spoke about previous meets...

I know it can feel odd to come up to someone and say hi im new to the boards but u always have to take that leap of faith and just say hey nice car what have u done to it and establish that bond with other peeps. I remember when i first came to meets i felt wierd but thats how the game is. U just gotta go with the flow and be outgoing. And now im friends with all these jerks and hot chicks dont worry next meet we will have a meet and greet portion

i agree, i felt weird at some of the first meets, but since im a chick, it was easier, plus all of the sudden shane was making fun of me, so i turned into the girl who gets lost easily.

anyway, i understand the concerns of the noobs, but usually at dinners we'll do intros, and sit and chat with people... but since this was outside in a lot, it was a different environment. i'll think of something we can do at every meet. i'll start a tradition or something. thanks for the input.
