I forgot to ask you... are you going to modify OEM grilles or are you going to make a completely new grille? From the looks of the mold, you're just going to modify the OEM grille itself.

Wouldn't it be less trouble to just make a whole new grille? I'm not so familiar with molding/custom fabrication, but it would seem less of a PITA.

Im not really sure what all goes into making an entire grill, and im sure it wouldn't be too cost effective just bast on what it cost me just to make these molds
