Sacramento Area Twisties 9/28/08
#31
Hey guys, been a while since the Santa Cruz run, Lollicup & the SAC BBQ Bikini Car Wash at Red Star. Curtis here with his SS 350Z. Wes hows it going.
If there is still an invitaion to a 350Z, then I will try to make it out.
On another note OT, I wanted to pass on this link to:
ZONC 36th Annual Picnic
https://g35driver.com/forums/norther...rtinez-ca.html
If you missed Blackhawk, then you missed out on a great ZONC organized event with a large turn out. This one has all the ear marks of another fantastic event.
Sign up quick and RSVP with the ZONC point of contact, on the flyer.
Caravans should be started up under separate threads, for each local area.
Check out the first post on the link: there is going to be a vote to add G's to the list of accepted vehicles. All the more reason to come out and represent the G family. G's are always welcomed!
Cheers
Curtis

first time poster, long time reader.
if you havent sellected a route yet, take the drive off hwy 20 east and turn on marysville road, go up a couple miles and head out towards downyville.
its a couple hours round trip, the drive is abslolute beutifull.
it has some unforgiving corners though so mind your speed on the hair pins , but the town is beutifull when you get there, bring a camera.
next is the drive up 162 towards bucks lake. after you pass lake madrone the hwy is all bran new , super sticky with long sweepers. hang out at the camp ground across the street from the mini store for lunch.
these routes are kinda far from sac, but well worth it.
i have to work all weekend so i cant make it , ill be looking foward to running with yall next time
