Thursday 9/25/08 is the last day to RSVP

Reposted from another board (original post by Alan).

Be sure to RSVP email the point of contact person (yojack1) on the flyer.
Sorry for the late notice, although you can pay when you get there. Its important that you RSVP ASAP so they know how much food to purchase.

At the picnic, ZONC members will be given the opportunity to "vote" on a few proposed amendments to the Club Constitution.

I: Add Nissan GT-R to list of accepted vehicles.

II: Add Nissan GT-R and Infiniti G series sport coupes to list of accepted vehicles.

III: Add Nissan GT-R and Infiniti G cars to list of accepted vehicles.[/QUOTE]

We have a caravan started from Sac. If you chat with the GTG group on Weds, we can stop off in Fairfiled and all hook up.

Where's Richie and the rest of the Fairfield guys?

Nah...wed GTG's seemed to have die off and have no idea where Ritz been
We could meet at the GTG Starbucks or across the Infiniti dealer being the usual caravan spot. But looks like it will only be me hooking up with you all so far.

Oh...my son is in on this too and rolling with me. Can I pay for him at the event?

Either place for caravan spot, which ever is the easiest to access w/o any le.

Pay up for Ry at the event. I already emailed Yolanda tonight with the head count addtion, to account for food.

Are you up to, leading the caravan from Fairfield to the event? I would get us lost in a paper bag....lol

It would be an honor to have a future accepted vehicle to ZONC (G35), lead a pack of Z33, Z32, and Z31's into the event.

Yeah...I'll lead the caravan, no worries.

Easiest would be our G35 normal caravan spot; front of Infiniti of Fairfield.

Wow...lead Z's to a ZONC event. That's

I'll start a Fairfield caravan sign-up next post. Others can start theirs at their location if more involvement happens.

Mucho gracias!

Yep, It should make for a great pic! A G35 leading Z's to a ZONC event.

That would be great, I know there is a whole bunch of you guys out there in Fairfield. Hopefully the word will get out.

^ Saw a post on another forum about this event and read all G's are welcome, but I'll let ZeeForce confirm that.

^^ Yes, confirmed from (Inqui-Z-tor) Alan's pm. Reads as per below:

Anyone, everyone is welcome to attend the picnic. As long as the individual gets on Yolanda's list and pays the $5.00, its all good.

But you got to let her (Yolanda) know .. Thursday would be the last day to do that.

The G's need to understand. G's can attend the picnic. The vote taking place will decide if G's are allowed into the club as MEMBERS. But only existing ZONC members can vote.

And there is no promise that the results of the vote will be announced at the picnic.

There may be some confusion, so allow me to try to clear things up.

1) Anyone - ANYONE can attend the ZONC function. It's NOT limited to Z owners.
You can drive a G (coupe/sedan/sports) model ..
You can drive a Honda, Toyota, etc ..
I'l be there in my Armada!

2) ALL guests (typically non-Z owners and NOT current members) pay the $5.00 fee
Note: Since there is a fee charged. All participants will be asked to sign a waiver (insurance purposes)

3) There will be a "vote" taking place (only ZONC members can vote) to determine if the allowed cars will include the GT-R; G's ... (see 1st post of this thread)

4) There is no promise that the results of the voting will be revealed at the picnic. It is doubtful, as there are mail-in votes to be considered/counted. I suspect that the results will be announced at the Holiday Awards Brunch in December.

With the question being answered above, would you like to caravan with the SAC group?
