Better than my Verizon plan. Unlimited with 450 min = $70 month

yea i've heard of stories at work for people getting fired for using myspace. you can go on driver for a minute or two. when IT runs the audits, they usually look for higher numbers that stand out like 30 minutes or so. so if you go on and off for a couple of minutes here and there, i'm sure they won't even notice.
I heard a bunch of different theories as to what my IT checks when the run audits. Some say it's how many times you log in to the net, how long you're logged in, how many different sites you go to, etc. etc. Either way, it wouldn't be in my best interests to test the theories of what they check.

Im sure you will find a way around. You can get a laptop for a few hundred and get a connection for cheap.
I'm certainly jealous of those of you who's job is to be on the internet. However, my department has what is almost a zero tolerance policy. Kinda makes you wonder why we even have access to the net if that's how it's gonna be.

Looks like a laptop and wireless card is my only option if I want to continue my whoring ways.

Yea, Verizon is more expensive because they claim to do a lot of quality control... but ATT has been just as good to me (if not better) service-wise while being cheaper. The only thing is, ATT will want to try to kick you out if you try to claim insurance on your phone way too many times while Verizon just doesn't care how many times you claim you lost or broke your phone.

I have Verizon because my GF has it and I like to be in-network. Also, I have a hookup for free phones. One of these days I may switch over. My work gives a 10% discount too for ATT.

LOL . . . if only, Jen. The one only cool guy we used to have in IT left for a job @ Google or something a while back. Now it's just a bunch of bitchy women and hella nerdy guys.

Haha . . . I was kinda hoping to fly under the radar. So much for that. Like I said, I've been getting away with it for months now, so I guess I should be glad it lasted as long as it did.
