saw a rare GTR today I think it is one of the first in the US...
I could be wrong, maybe one of you have also had the pleasure or seeing it in person.
I was lucky enough to have my phone with me to snap a few quick shots.
Here they are below!
I took them at Costco today!

No problem, we've all been there
- Living far away could be a good thing. Since i live relatively far away, I usually just stay in the library after class and get my work done before heading home. If you live close to the library, you'll probably just want to head home and think you'll be able to finish the work at home... that is rarely the case (too many distractions). Depends on you though.
- You're welcome to get a spot in my garage... it's $75 a month and there are plenty of spots left at the moment. Like I said, I live about 10 min away from campus though and 15 min from Unit 1/2. Probably a 30 min walk from Foothill, or 15-20 min by bus. You probably want to find a garage on Northside, which is also the safer part of the city. Southside is where you hear about all the muggings and what not
- How high up are you on the waitlist? Chem is a pretty big class. Usually, if you get into a lab section you're confirmed enrollment for the class. You might want to wait to see if you can get in before getting the books, which will probably set you back almost $200. You can always borrow a friend's textbook or go check one out at the library. If I remember correctly, the most you'll have the first week of class is reading and a homework assignment. The first lab is usually ridiculously easy too.

It is certainly too late to bring my car up this semester, as I have no place to keep it yet; but I'll definitely look into some apartment garages close to where I plan to live (still don't know, frat, apartment, only God knows). Hopefully I'll find something Northside, then.

I'm #17 on the waitlist for the lab that I initially put myself on the waitlist for... I don't know, though; the guy in charge who I called said not to buy the books until I know I'm in class.
What about other classes regarding books? When is a good time to start buying them?

I had Nietche too (however you spell his name). Wasn't too bad.
#17 is pretty high up for a lab section. I would hold off the books for now. Up to you for the rest of the classes... I personally don't mind playing a little catch up the second week. You can always rush delivery. To be honest, I don't think I've read a single book I've ever bought past the first two weeks. LOL.

Thanks for the comments. tiltshift is a technique to make things look like miniatures. The proper way is to use tilt-shift lense, but most people just use software to do it. There is an online tool which I use to create the above effect:

Try it out.. its a lot of fun
