Thanks Jake and Rudy. I used aperture and bumped up the contrast and saturation per Gene's advise. Hope I didnt overdo it

 

With some shots you can get away with bumping up the saturation. Maybe in that last one you went just a bit too far (it's looking "muddy" if you know what I mean).

You can try to get fancy with Photoshop and bump up the saturation on the subject of the photo and leave the background muted. I think that would make this last shot look a little nicer because it would focus the viewer's eye on the flower, the true star of the photo.
