What's with the fractions for toe, and which numbers is your current alignment?

I installed his rear kit.....the numbers on the far right are after the alignment. Nick was telling me his tires got eaten alive on the inner corners. How long did you drive on the car before you got your alignment Nick?

Then the toe is off by far... how is it positive before any load? That means the toes stick out even more when the car starts rolling.

That was my intial thought as well as camber wouldn't tear up tires like that and the camber isnt that bad/off anyways. If I did the conversion right, his rear toe is set to .10 degrees.

His camber isn't bad at all... I run 2.50 all around without any problems. But I normally prefer running a bit more toe... .40 neg toe in the fronts, and about .30 in the rears.

Yeah, looks like the shop that did his alignment doesn't really know alignments. Whats the stock specs for the G coupe?

He's lowered on S-techs for the Z

R
I'm in spec in the rear and almost in the front. I'm as low as I can go in the rear without removing the collars on the coilovers, and in the front I never added the camber spacers so I can't get within specs until I do.

I was going to post my specs here but I think that would help since my set up is a bit different.

On the plus side, at little negative camber (you're still a little too high though) doesn't hurt as long as you're not doing -5˚ in the front like I was.

Factory specs suck...

Fronts:
Camber: -1.3 / .3
Caster: 7.3 / 8.8
Toe: 0.00 / 0.8
SAI: 4.2 / 5.7
Included Angle: 2.9 / 5.9

Rears:
Camber: -1.8 / -.8
Toe: 0.00 / -0.22

Camber looks a lot better than before for the rear. For the fronts, a bit better, but you not going to notice much difference in wear. Rears should wear a lot longer now.

Ok...I got a professional opinion. Looking at the specs Nick posted, those appear to be fine but they could have come closer to OEM specs being as he has an aftermarket camber and toe kit.

I think what it comes down to Nick is that you didn't get the alignment done soon enough which caused the excessive wear. Based on your before specs, this makes sense because your left side tire is the one that is pretty messed up right now and that side was very off in the rear.

Yea, it was good talking to you Chris. I consulted a few friends of mine as well as the alignment shop. Everyones initial thought was it may have been the toe. The alignment shop guy, named Alex @ Radial Tire Service in Sacramento said that the toe was okay. I think it just comes back to me, in that I waited to long to get an alignment, but it was only MAX 10-12 days after I got it lowered. O well, guess I will be on the prowl for some cheap tires, this ticket plus school/books arn't making things any easier.

Thanks for all the responses, it means a lot.
