I wish I could have realized how blessed I was when I was 17 (i'm 25 now). Theres too much to be thankful for. But I guess thats what the future is for. Here's to paying it forward...Cheers!

ummm i would take back working with my best friends mom(known for 10years), found out shes a crack head after she screwed me out of 10g's and also screwing me and my parents on our house loan (this is when i was working real estate)...

Im only 22, so i guess i can still do alot of stuff still.... BUT i bought a G and now i have to work to pay it off... lol.. so now im stuck at a "meh" job paying off my G and part of a mortgage and i keep telling my self to sign up for online classes so i can pursue a career ill actually like but i have a condition... which is called procrastination... its a crazy condition...

Only thing I wish I did was kept up with swimming, other than that I feel that what I've done up to this point has been a great learning experience.

Yes, as long as we learn from our actions of the moment . . . We will better serve ourselves in the future.

Would it be feasible for you to revert back to working on cars?

College degree. Professional licenses and certificates. A few different careers.
Gave it a shot as a self proprietor twice in my life, but hard economic/recession cycles popped those different career dreams/successes.
Oh well on those, it is what it is/was...

Been unemployed. Seeking re-entry into a recession proof career I had of 15yrs before my own recent dissolved business.

Wouldn't change any of my life decisions if I were to do it over again, not knowing the future.
Knowing the future, yes would've made some different career decisions, but in reality no one has a crystal ball.

No regrets of my past life/family/career decisions.

Cheers to all...

I think i could go back to working on cars, but it would be hard to make the same living that i do now. Plus the certain type of cars i want to work would not be feasible.

Much luck to you with that, John. Currently, I am studying for another accreditation. In this economy, we all need every bit of an edge, which we can get.
