Congrats man, it's an awesome feeling, plus you just feel happier and healthier which is always good. I've been working out for 3 months now too, I'm a little more incosistent than you cuz of school and stuff, but I've noticed that a consistent diet helps (gets annoying a little though) but I've been eating chicken or fish (protein) and hella vegies. After some time you learn to have a little fun with it, but it helps a lot, even if you skip a day. Good luck with it man, which 24 you go to in the city, I go to the one on Ocean Ave when I'm down there.

That deal sucks believe me because Super Sport has free workout classes, like Zomba, Yoga and my favorite Strip Tease Class

I go to the one down in San Carlos, which is really close to my house. It's not a Super Sport, so, alas, no Strip Tease classes. However, they do have a Zoomba class which always seems to be filled to capacity.

how does that deal suck?

The sport near my house has yoga/dance/aqua/step classes free to,
if u do the calculation for the 2year (299) thats 12.45/month which is alot cheaper then 39.99 for insertion fee and 59.99/month for super sport access.

4 and a half months of all 24/hr facilitys vs 2 years of everything but super sport and ultra sport (difference is sum newer equipment i believe to lazy to relook)

Yea, I got that membership for my friend.

I am on the 3 year - $449 one. I really only use the weights and cardio machines.

Nah bro, the price is really good!! I am not saying that's what sucks. What I am saying sucks is that you are restricted to what gym you can go to, so for example if you want to jump from gym to gym so you don't get bored or have a friend you want to meet up, but your gym membership doesn't allow that location then it kind of sucks you know? Different people have different tastes and styles, so just my 2 cents. Sorry if I made you upset.

oh lol, no upset here i was just like wtf how does the deal suck haha.. i understand the jumping from gym to gym ur allowed to go to all but super sport and ultra sport when i talked to a rep the only diff was there on higher priced land so they have to charge more mainly and they have a little more newer equipment, other then taht its a "sport" location. i just thought 12.50 was better then 60 a month id take a non "ultra" place for the savings :P

Damn dude! that's great news!!! Good job!!
I wish I had the dedication that you have! I've had a 24H membership to sport for 19/Mo for over a year now and I've only been there 4 times!!! >.<
I really need to go work-out more and get back into shape.

You go to the one in San carlos? I didn't know they had one there! I go to the one in San Mateo off El Camino (across from Comerica)

Not true. Steroids will pull your ********* back, but as long as you do the recommended amount w/ the proper post cycle, steroids are actually really safe. They got a bad name because of idiots abusing them and not doing post cyles at the end. Just look at it this way, Aspirin is good for your heart, but take 13 of them, it will be your last heart beat.

I'd probably be in the same boat if I hadn't signed up for training. My thought was "I spent this much money on it, so I should really use it." The 24 Hour in San Carlos is on Industrial Road, just down the street from the Best Buy.

The hard part is to keep the momentum going...
