SYTFU 4 YEAR BBQ!, MARCH 21st 2009 - Postponed
Suggestions . . .
- You folks should start a list of participants.
- Figure out where everyone is coming from and set-up staging points at given times and locations.
- The furthest group meets up at a predetermine spot and heads off to meet others at another predetermined meeting spot. Eventually, you folks will all end up in one group and caravan to the final destination together.
One year, we had some 80 or so cars drive down to the Hearst Castle to meet the SoCal group. We had some 4 staging points. The final NorCal staging area, before heading out to the final destination, was an awesome sight to see.
Have a great time, folks. Enjoy your event. Be careful out there.

Hey Andy, Warren is coming up to this event with group of 350Zs from Monterey and they are looking for caravan spot in the south bay.
Maybe you guys can meet up with them, then roll together to this event.
.
if you guys want to reserve a spot inside the hanger, get a list going asap because hanger spaces are going quick... we have like 2 more spot left that will hold 16 cars each. i would suggest you guys get together with the 350z guys to take up one spot...
If you guys give me an address to meet up with the G's, we can all go together. How's it going Andy, wish you and Shane both be coming.

It's all good
