oh and i went to court yesterday... officers can now claim "continence" and they will give u a new court date so officer can show (happened to 3-4people before me) so the whole "cop dont show u win" theory is out the window

I think you mean "continuance." In traffic court, the judge will usually allow only one per side. So if the officer is a no show next time, the judge will dismiss it.

When I was 18 I got a ticket for Exhibition of speed. I don't remember going to Superior court, I do however remember going to traffic court. I plead not guilty, ended up speaking to a DA or something of the sorts who negotiated the ticket down to "driving too fast for conditions", while it ended up great for points the fine for that ticket was absurdly high.
I agree with the you pay to play, after that incident I never did anything stupid/immature while driving again. It makes you think a bit more while driving, I'll say that much. Live and learn man, if anything this is a learning experience.
