service engine light - cheapest diagnosis

I am guilty of incorrectly reading the OP as asking about the service due reminder. I should have more carefully read the post. 
This vehicle has warranty coverage so diagnosis and repairs should be covered. Sorry for the brain fade.
For clarity, Service Engine Soon (SES) = Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL). Maintenance will not remedy cause of this light. Diagnosis and repair is required, both of which fall under your New Car Limited Warranty.
