We should all go together at the same time whoever is on the RSVP list so it will look good for all of us. Do you all agree? We will set up a time and a place where we will meet up before the event. Please help whoever is good on organizing plans......thanks hope we can come up with something?

You guys can set up an pre-staging area, like the mall parking lot next to the Beshoff, then heading over in groups of 10~15 cars at 3~5 mins interval to cut down the traffic congestion. With so many cars going into their parking lot at same time, it might be easier for staffs at Beshoff to handle it as well, it will also give you guys a chance to group out whoever wants to “show” next to each other or if you guys want to separate/sort out for the display on the lot by coupe/sedan, G35/G37 and G/Z or even as far as by colors.

The East ridge mall parking lot is right next door to the dealership.

Agreed that we need some insight from the Beshoff team..
Those of us on the RSVP list /show list, what time do you want us there for staging/ set up?

^I love it! This is a great idea Space will be tight so moving cars around on the lot to stage next to one another will be difficult. It would seem the simple solution would be to prestage at the mall then drive over in the group that you want to show with.

We will have 8 rows of 10 cars (yes, we just increased registration to 80 cars total!)

Also, we secured a DJ and have booked a BBQ caterer.

Put me in one of the back groups. I'm a DD with road wear...lol
We have a ton of people with new mods that need to be seen.

Alright I was thinking like around 11am then roll out 11:30am that will give us half an hour to drive to the dealership and get ready. It will be a lot easier for beshoff's staff to organize us all because we are all going to come at the same time. I will try to email the rest of the Z cars so they know what's going on.
