May I suggest you decide exactly how you want people to go about setting up, like if you want to stage in the mall parking lot, how early people should get there, etc etc and post it up on the first page of this thread.

otherwise I think youll have people flying in at different times from every which way causing complete chaos

The mall parking is huge so there will be room for people find one another. We will park people in order of arrival, so as you come into the lot with your group you will be positioned next to one another. We will do our best to make everyone happy but we may have some compromises.

11:00am We will begin parking cars at for the early arrivals.

12:00pm Delicious BBQ and drinks will be avaiable from at very low cost

12:30am We hope everyone will be in place by so that we can have pleanty of time to enjoy the meet and check out cars.

1pm Meguiars has a detailing seminar

2pm We will do the raffle

3pm The event will wind down
