I only use manumatic on my car which is why i get chitty gas milage. I like shift at higher RPMs then the auto allows. I also like to hold onto the smooth shaft and jerk it...

The paddle shifters are pretty fun though, while not the same as a manual. My sister has a rogue and I always use the paddle shifters on it. I do wish I got a 6mt sometimes, but it is convinent that I can go out get drunk and have my wife still be able to drive the car home.

Yeah the 07 and up sedans are like that too, I always thought you had to put it in manual mode till I read the forums one day.

KuroV36, you might as well just order some paddles. Sounds you love to use them and know a lot about them. I will even let you use/have the T-30 tamper-proof bit or wrench once I finish my install!!!

Umm how about you do it first and tell me how it goes lol. I do love the paddle shifters they are fun to use. I will get them eventually probably after I get some wheels.

Finished installing the paddles this weekend, and the install is a piece of cake (took me about an hour). Hardest part for me was finding the T-30 tamper proof bit. I eventually found one at Sears but had to buy a whole group of bits just for the one T-30. If you would like to borrow mine if you do the install just shoot me a PM.

ps. sorry for the bad cellphone pic but thas the only camera had I had available.
