what kind of headlight conversion is that in the z? it looks very bright

 

Yeah, I showed up during my lunch break since I work up the block. Nice looking cars. Too bad the weather didnt agree with everyone though. Hey, who is the owner of the black on black G35 coupe that was a few cars up from Wil's? That was sick.

I think those headlights on the 350z are from a M45. Nice G's Wil! Anybody else go?

That Z with the machine gun headlights belong to my friend Alan. They're not from the M45, he custom made those himself.

 

Those headlights are the Infiniti's Q45s headlights known as the "Gatling Lights". The other G is James, but don't know his username on this board.

My car

 

Yes, it can be done to our coupes..............expensive though. The lights alone cost $1500 and will take fiberglass moldings and painting..........basically it will require cutting the whole headlight interior apart and build it up from scratch. I'd say about 1-2 wks of full labor.........it took my friend 3 months on and off to complete his conversion.

Gee: It was a pleasure meeting you. I have not yet seen a cleaner coupe than yours espically with your future plans. My god, i just cant imagine the car then. Pleave save me a spot for a test run! Oh yeah, what would one re-arrange the lights so the q45 lights will fit?

Sam: Damn, im hella jocking it! Im thinking about ditching my rims and drop for one of those. Of course i have to find someone who is willing to do it.

 

hahaha, rims over headlights! Expect to spend a good $4k on those lights total. It's the labor that's gonna hit you............my friend tried to get me to do it along w/ him, but I just couldn't justify putting so much time...........it took him 3 months on and off...........w/ my schedule it'll probably take me half a yr.
