Finally. moved in

Just finished moving in at uc berkeley.. no more G this year (although it's not far from home haha). Wish me luck

^ thanks giacomo I'm excited.. I need to go out and meet some people but I feel like crap after a 12hour shift last night till 12:15am and move in today and I think I'm getting sick lol.. what a ****ty start

haha tight tight, i have a few friends (freshman) who just moved in yesterday too. should be a lot of fun for you. and within a year or so bring your car with you haha, i did and dont worry you get a ton more girls, totally worth it :P

^ I'd have to buy a parking pass and even then there isn't a guaranteed spot, so it wasn't worth it.. I don't need one my first year anyways.

^ Dude, no parking pass required to have a car up here. I'd never ever park in a UC Berkeley parking lot; not only is it super expensive, but there's just too much shady stuff going on at night.
Just find a garage where you can park your car for a certain amount of $$ per month.

But you're right, definitely no need for a car your first year.
Bus/BART it for sure.
