Don't ever go to Niello Infiniti for service. Took my car there because my 04 G35c had tire feathering on the outside treads of my front tires. They put my car on the alignment rack and found that my alignment had toe out problems, but they would not admit that my feathering was caused by the toe out problem and would not replace my front tires. Instead they said it was the driving conditions, that's BS. Called Infiniti Consumer Affairs, and the assistant service manager at Niello told ICA the BS that the feathering wasn't caused by the toe out and that it was me that caused the problem. Now ICA would not replace my front tires. I called a different Infiniti dealer and talk to their service advisor and they told me that toe out would cause tire feathering. I'm going to call BBB plus get some local media on Infiniti to try to get them to remedy my problem.

 

I stopped going to the Niello Service department because of resistence I was getting about minor issues. I went to Peninsula Infiniti in RWC and they were actually greatful to have me.

 

I use Peninsula Infiniti as well. They are close to me and I guess I'm spoiled to have a great service dept. They did win that award for excellence.

Where's Niello?

 

Concord. I went there out of loyalty since I bought my car there and I used to live in Dublin. Peninsula is a block away from my work, so it's much more convenient for me.

 

I agree that the Concord Niello isn't the best in customer service. I went there first to try to make a deal on a 6MT sedan and they would only budge about $500 under sticker. I laughed and walked away. Went to Marin and got my 6MT for $500 over invoice on the first try. Also I took my car to Niello for my first free oil change. Went to go pick my car up after work at 6pm, mind you I had dropped my car off at 7am that morning. They said to give them 10 mins as they hadn't washed my car yet. So I waited 20 mins and then went up to ask the lady what was up. Found out noone even washed my car. I said F'it and grabbed my keys and left. Last time I will ever go to that place. Doesn't matter anyways since I do almost all the maintenance myself.
