Anyone knows how to takeout the guage unit?

I need to get access to the gas meter needle, it went off the range.

No. you might need to calibrate your fuel gauge when you take it apart. fill your tank to full first to see where the needle sits after you move it.

Thanks, accordfreak, bythebay. I for it fixed. However, I may need to calibrate the gauge. The handle is 1/8 of an inch over the "FULL" indicator. Do you guys know how to fix it?

you have to move the needle clockwise past the stopper. once you have done that, move the needle until you feel resistance. Once you feel resistance, move the needle 1/8 of an inch more. Once you have done that, move the needle back counter clock wise back to the otherside of the stopper. let me know if that works.
