Are there any weekly or monthly meets in the bay area? If not, How many people would be interested to start having them?

you should have bought mine. I was willing to let it go for $500, but it ended up going with the car.

 

I'd be down, but it depends on where. I live in the Daly City area near Serramonte Center. I wouldn't be down if it required me to go drive across bridges or that stuff.

There's actually a weekly local meet like 5 minutes from me that has been going on for a while. Its for subarus and takes place every Saturday night at the Starbucks on Gellert Blvd. I think a lot of people in the area who are into cars know about this meet or have heard of it. To be honest, i've seen some of the meets, and the parking lot there is really empty. I believe I was there at 10PM. There's literally enough space for more car communities to join in.

I'd be down, but my G35 isn't really that modded haha. Shame =(. But only because i'm on the fence about getting an Evo9 MR, and I'll definately go mod-crazy on that. =D

 

we've had alot of meets there too. it's just been a while.

sad i can name some of those guys. lol. i down for a starbucks meet. we will prolly start doing the mini meets again after the new year.

nope, hardly. not everybody is willing to commute over there.

 

yup... SF/Daly City seems to be a good central location since some people come all the way from Fairfield/Vacaville and others come from Fremont/San Jose.

We should get these things going again relatively soon.

 

who comes from fairfield vacaville? i need to meet up with those people

 

^ I've been to that Starbucks meet. Last time I was there, there was a wide variety of cars that came out. There was there a hoopty a$$ 5.0 came out and tried to burn out and got police kicking us out.
