A friend of mine who lives in SF keeps getting nailed right after Treasure Island on his way home from work. The last one the CHP was actually tailgating him. When he pulled off the officer told him he made unsafe lane changes. He was watching the guy tailgating him and never changed lanes. Explain that one.

He was telling me about his latest one and I thought about you and this thread.

 

Take him to court and see if he shows up, make him prove these things.

Yeah I got the plate fixed at DMV. Clears replaced with amber. Skyline dropped. No speeding ticket w/o proof. Brought proof of 94db limit off hks website to court and got tint ticket reduce. Ended up paying 75$
